The hydraulic fleshing machine has a novel structure and advanced performance. Main Feature:
The frame is made of high-strength cast steel and high-quality steel plate, firm and stable, to ensure the normal operation of the machine in a stable state.

The high-strength knife roll processed by heat treatment is made of high-quality steel plate. The insert slot is processed by
special advanced equipment, the lead is standard, and the slot distribution is even. The knife roller assembly has undergone a step-by-step balance inspection before assembly, and the accuracy grade is not lower than G6.3. The bearings for the knife roller assembly are all well-known American (TIMKEN) brands.

The discharge roller (diamond-shaped grooved roller) processed by a special machine tool can effectively prevent the skin from moving during discharge and ensure a stable discharge. The surface of the roller body is plated with anti-corrosion and wear-resistant hard chromium layer, which is rust-proof and durable.

The hydraulically controlled opening and closing roller action has a buffer stroke, so that the meat removal process starts
smoothly.

 

The feeding speed is hydraulically controlled, and the continuous adjustment range is: 19-50 m/min.

The rubber roller system can completely remove the meat without adjusting the gap.
