This machine integrates electromechanics. It adopts a microcomputer-controlled photoelectric tracking and correction system and a high-precision stepper motor to ensure the same position of each packaging bag pattern. The control system completes the synchronization, length setting, positioning and speed of the entire machine. It can automatically diagnose faults and has a stirring function to prevent packaging materials from settling. This machine integrates a series of actions such as bag making, quantitative filling, counting, sealing, cutting, dividing and connecting, and output of finished products, all of which are completed automatically.
