Working principle:
The dry powder or fine crystal raw materials with a certain amount of crystal water are extruded into thin sheets, and then passed through the granulation system and screened to form particles of the required size. The raw materials can be added to the hopper manually or by a vacuum feeder, and are conveyed and compressed by the vertically placed feeding screw and pushed to the bite angle of the two extrusion rollers; the raw materials are extruded into thin sheets by the horizontally placed pressure rollers (the speed of the pressure rollers determines the time the materials stay in the roller pressure area); the pressure required by the materials is linearly transmitted to the pressure rollers through the hydraulic device, and the vertically arranged pressure rollers can ensure the consistency of the material density. This machine is easy to assemble, disassemble and clean.
According to different particle size requirements, the mesh size of the sieve in the granulation system of the equipment can be interchanged. The powder raw materials are directly made into granular products that meet the user's requirements without any intermediates and additives. After granulation, the product particle size is uniform, the bulk density is significantly increased, and the fluidity is improved. It not only controls the flying of dust, but also reduces the waste of powder, is easy to store and transport, and can control the solubility, porosity and specific surface area. It can be directly used for tableting or filling capsules.
It is particularly suitable for granulating drugs that are unstable under hot and humid conditions and cannot be granulated by traditional wet granulation. The dry granulation process can replace the wet granulation line investment, saving manpower, material resources and financial resources. It is a new type of energy-saving and environmentally friendly equipment.

Features:
This machine consists of a feeding mechanism, a tablet pressing mechanism, a hydraulic mechanism, a frame and an electrical control system. The feeding, tablet pressing and granulation all use variable frequency stepless speed regulation, the oil pump pressure is adjustable, and the fineness of the finished product can be obtained by replacing different screens. The granulation cage is improved to increase the yield of the granules. The machine is easy to assemble, disassemble and clean, and the parts in contact with the material are all made of stainless steel. The product meets GMP requirements. The material is added from the top feeding funnel, and is forced into sheets by two pressing wheels before entering the lower granulation chamber. In the granulation chamber, the sheet material is broken up by the granulation blades, and then enters the granulation chamber until the particles are less than or equal to the mesh diameter, and the particles pass through the mesh screen to the material tray. The required particle size can be determined by adjusting the size of the screen.
