Overload Drum for liming /Tanning/dyeing
Function Introduction:
The overload drum applies to Soak Lime (split in the Lime)and then Tan, as well to"one-shot"straight-throgh Soak Lime/Tan (split in the blue)within the same drum while results are of a quality unthought of for these processes
The proven advantages offered by our overload drum are enormous when compared with conventional drums whether processing the traditional way or making use of state of the art chemicals

1.Greater loading capacity (40%-80% higher than for conventional drums)
2.Better quality Wet-blue produced:
 The system allows for controlled swelling of the hide, effectively preventing " excessive swelling, Thus giving flatter hides, limp necks and belies free of wriklesand vein marks
 Better quality of the grain as it gives fine, clear pores with no residual hair
 Improved quality and firmness of splits.
 Greater loaded area as the hides lie flat-hides are subjected to minimum tensions, much lower than those supported in conventional drums
3.Greater efficiency in processing.
4. Being able to process with reduced amounts of water, allows lower input of chemical. Further more, processing with overload drums you will assess the following advantages; as unbelievable as they may seem:
