How to use the capsule filling board: (very simple and convenient, you can use it once)

      1. Place the body plate flat, place the arrangement plate on the body plate (the one with two layers deep), align the arrangement plate with the holes of the body plate, and grab a few capsule bodies (the long capsule is called the capsule body, and the short one is called the capsule. Put the cap) into the frame, lift up the body plate and the arrangement plate to swing up and down/left and right (be careful to block the gap of the arrangement plate with your hand to prevent the capsule from falling out of the gap), the capsules will fall into the body plate capsule hole one by one, and then Pour out the excess capsules from the gap and remove the arrangement tray.
