Uses:
The production line consists of units such as unwinding, gluing, fabricating, adjusting, drying, post-tracting, fabricating, coiling, exhausting, and control systems, and is mainly used for rubber sheet coating operations. It can meet the three operation requirements of single coating, overcoating and fabric lamination.
Performance characteristics:
With the gap forming method, the base fabric is applied to the base fabric by a gap formed between the rubber coating roller and the coating blade.
