Main application:

Operating principle:
XL105 chocolate coating system is composed of 5 water chestnut coating machines, storage tank, chocolate atomization system, air cooler and pipeline conveying system. Its main function is to pressurize chocolate slurry through atomization pump and convey it through heat preservation The pipeline system is sent to the coating pot, and the surface of the coating masterbatches of various shapes in the coating pot is sprayed with chocolate slurry. Due to the continuous rotation of the coating pan, the chocolate liquid on the surface of the master batch is stirred evenly, and then the cold air sent by the refrigeration system quickly solidifies the chocolate liquid on the surface of the master batch. Layers of chocolate are formed on the surface of the masterbatch, and then polished to form shiny and bright chocolate candies of various shapes and colors.
