Disc type bottle washing machine
This machine is suitable for cleaning various types of glass bottles. It adopts a 24-head disc structure. The bottle is sent to the 24 equally divided jaws through the bottle separation mechanism. After the bottle is clamped, it is repeatedly rinsed inside and outside by recycled water, pure water, and purified compressed air to complete the bottle washing.
This machine has a simple structure, reliable operation, and meets GMP requirements. It is an ideal equipment for pharmaceutical companies and health care product manufacturers.
High temperature hot air circulation oven
A.Working principle
This machine can automatically complete the processes of bottle feeding, continuous dry heat disinfection and sterilization, and bottle discharging, so that the bottles are exposed to vertical laminar hot air with a maximum working temperature of 250°C to achieve the sterilization effect.
First, the bottles are sent to the conveyor belt of the bottle feeding area of the dryer. The bottles are continuously sterilized and disinfected by dry heat in three laminar flow areas: preheating, heating, and cooling. The laminar flow used in the heating area is circulated in a closed loop to reduce energy consumption. After cooling, the bottles are finally transported out of the sterilization oven.
B.Structural features
(1),This machine is a tunnel-type structure, which is divided into preheating area, heating area, cooling area, mesh belt conveyor mechanism, bottle in and out height adjustment system, electrical control cabinet, etc.
(2),Designed according to the principle of sterile air laminar flow, it is suitable for sterilizing and removing pyrogens from glass bottles.
(3),The exposed parts of this machine are made of 304 stainless steel.
(4),The fan speed is variable frequency regulated, and the wind speed change is used to achieve automatic wind pressure balance.
(5),The preheating area and cooling area are equipped with filter integrity detection sampling ports to facilitate pharmaceutical factories to detect whether the high-efficiency filter is damaged.
(6),This machine uses a high-precision color touch screen for operation and monitoring, PLC automatic control, and frequency conversion speed regulation of the main engine. It can automatically control the main transmission system, temperature, fan operation, and the entire system, as well as interconnect with the back-end, to implement mechatronics.
(7),This machine, together with ultrasonic cleaning machine, oral liquid filling machine, etc., forms a washing, drying and filling linkage line to realize the full automation of the production process.
The internal material of the oven cavity is corrosion-resistant, high-temperature-resistant, non-toxic, stable and not easy to oxidize. There will be no falling objects in the cavity during long-term high-temperature operation.
The temperature of the high temperature sterilization zone of the oven can be controlled, and the minimum effective sterilization temperature is not less than 170ºC. The temperature fluctuation range of the high temperature sterilization zone is ±8ºC.
The cleanliness level of each cavity in the tunnel shall not be less than Class 100
The temperature of the oral liquid glass bottle at the oven outlet is not higher than 20ºC from room temperature.
The surface temperature of the dryer cabinet is not higher than 10ºC from room temperature.
The microbial limits of sterilized oral liquid bottles should meet the requirements of the pharmacopoeia.
The heat distribution test of the oven with no load and full load should meet the following requirements: the temperature difference of heat distribution should be ≤±10ºC.
In the same functional section when no-load, the wind speed difference in the working area shall not be greater than ±10%.
Bottle supply machine
