work process:
Manually place the pasted products (connection or bottle unscrambler turntable) -> the products are automatically corrected and transported separately -> product inspection -> product labeling -> collect the labelled products (go to the next process) -> take away the products.
working principle:
After the bottle enters the conveyor belt of the labeling machine, it is fed to the labeling machine at a constant speed. The
fixing device on the machine will separate the objects to be attached by a fixed distance and push the objects to advance along the direction of the conveyor belt. . Through the mechanical system (drive wheel, labeling wheel, reel), the drive wheel intermittently drags the label tape to move, the label is pulled out from the reel, and pasted on the object through the labeling device.
