Introduction:
NJP-800C fully automatic capsule filling machine adopts advanced intermittent slewing motion. During operation, the capsule plates enter the machine through the automatic plate feeding device. First, the capsules are sorted and oriented to ensure that the capsules are neat and arranged with the opening facing upwards. Subsequently, the capsule cap and the body are separated by a vacuum system, and the filling device accurately fills the powder or particles into the capsule body according to the preset dose. After filling is completed, the capsule cap and body are closed again, and the unqualified capsules are removed through the scrapping device. Finally, the finished capsules are sent out by the plate outlet device. The entire process is coherent and smooth, and high-precision filling operation is achieved under automated control.
