SZB-XL04 3 coordinate filling machine    

         The filling system is connected to the three-axis coordinate system to achieve semi-automatic filling. Only manual work is required to change the bottom tray and screw the bottle cap.

Overview:
      This solution uses one set of our peristaltic pump filling system to ensure that the liquid does not drip. The filling system is connected to our three-coordinate instrument through passive start and stop signals to achieve semi-automatic filling. The pallet of the three-coordinate can be customized.

Important points:

1. The peristaltic pump filling system has high filling accuracy, stable and reliable performance, and the pump tube is replaceable. The liquid only passes through the hose, not the pump head, and will not cause secondary contamination to the liquid;
2. The four-channel filling is always at the same time each time (using external start-stop control and three-coordinate synchronization);
3. The operation is simple and easy, and no complicated manual operation is required after the setting is completed;
