Features:
1. Both ends of the machine use centrifugal fans to supply air, and the internal upper and lower air ducts are integrated. Compared with the air supply models on both sides, the air volume is larger and more uniform, and the shaping effect is fast; the electric and oil heating temperatures can reach about 70°C.
2. Electric stretching, stretching range 0~120mm, equipped with leather stretch display, easy and intuitive operation;
3. The curved plate mesh surface has better shaping effect;
4. The track structure is "cross-shaped" and has good stability;
5. The transmission chain uses special heavy-duty wide series oil-impregnated bearings. Compared with ordinary models, the bearings are impact-resistant, have greater load-bearing capacity and have longer service life;
6. The transmission structure is four-wheel drive, with up and down transmission. Compared with the two-wheel transmission model, the transmission is more stable and reliable, extending the service life of the chain;
7. The temperature and time of the drying chamber are adjustable, equipped with a display and electronic skin counting;
8. It is easy to operate and does not require a high workbench, which saves the operator the hard work of moving the skin up and down and improves work efficiency.
