This equipment is an efficient and automated paste filling production line, equipped with 3 filling heads and front and rear double bottle unscramblers (the front bottle unscrambler sorts empty bottles, and the rear bottle unscrambler handles finished products after filling). It is specially designed for products such as creams, ointments, cosmetics, oils, water solutions, liquids, etc., to achieve integrated operations of bottle unscrambling, filling, and bottle discharging, greatly improving production efficiency and packaging consistency.

1. Core features
Efficient filling: three-head linkage design, filling speed can reach 1-40 bottles/minute (depending on the bottle type and paste characteristics).

2. Double bottle unscrambling system:

1) Front bottle unscrambler: automatically arranges empty bottles to ensure continuous bottle supply and reduce manual intervention.

2) Rear bottle unscrambler: sorts finished products after filling for subsequent labeling or boxing.

3) Strong compatibility: adapt to a variety of bottle types (plastic bottles, glass bottles, etc.), and achieve flexible switching by quickly changing molds.
