SZS230 uphill tablet deduster
Introduction:
SZS series upward rotary sieving machine is characterized by long dust removal path for tablets, automatic turning and polishing of tablets, and good dust removal effect. The material of the machine and the contact parts of the tablets is 304, which is in line with the GMP requirements. The sieve body and the outer cover of the machine adopt the block design, and the height of the outlet is easy to adjust; the whole machine adopts the quick-assembling connecting structure, which makes the machine disassembling and installing faster, and there is no dead angle for cleaning. The entrance and exit of the machine can be adjusted with 360 degree rounded angle, which is convenient for production, space-saving, outstanding production efficiency, and can meet the mass production of tablets of various shapes from 3-35mm in diameter; a new type of driving device design is adopted, which ensures that the machine is running more smoothly and with low noise.
Working Principle:
This machine is an economical top rotary sieving machine, which has the triple functions of tablet grinding, dust removing and lifting, and the machine inlet can be used in connection with any type of tablet press, and the outlet can be used in connection with the connection of metal detecting machine. The machine inlet can be connected to any type of tablet press and the outlet can be connected to a metal detector. It realizes the in-line production mode of tablet grinding, dusting, lifting and metal foreign object detection.
