XL-D single-sided self-adhesive labeling machine is suitable for single-sided or single-side labeling of flat bottles, special-shaped bottles, round bottles, and square bottles in daily chemicals, household chemicals, medicine, food, and other light industries. It can be equipped with a ribbon printer and an inkjet printer. It can print production batch number, production date, and other information while labeling. It realizes the integration of labeling and inkjet printing, reduces packaging procedures, and improves production efficiency. It is suitable for self-adhesive labeling machines, self-adhesive films, electronic supervision codes, barcodes, QR code labels, transparent labels, etc. The equipment has high stability, good labeling effect, no bubbles, no wrinkles, and high labeling accuracy.
Working principle:
Put different packaging objects into the conveyor belt of the labeling machine, and the conveyor belt drives the bottles into the bottle separation area, and then passes through the correction machine and the pressing mechanism to bring the bottles into the labeling area. After entering the labeling area, the visual fiber detects the bottle and transmits the photoelectric signal to the PLC. After the PLC processes it, it transmits the output signal to the stepper motor, and the stepper motor outputs the label. The label is attached to the object through the rolling mechanism, and the labeled object is brought into the next process or container by the conveyor belt of the labeling machine.

Optional features and components:
(1). Coding machine: The thermal coding machine prints the production date, expiration date, production batch number, etc. Coding and labeling are synchronized to improve production efficiency.
(2). Inkjet printer: It can be matched with the mainstream inkjet printer on the market to spray the code at the specified position of the label, which is perfectly combined with the labeling machine.
(3). Universal sensor: Ordinary sensors cannot detect transparent labels, and special electric eyes imported from Germany must be used.
(4). Reader: Reads information such as QR codes and bar codes to facilitate the establishment of a product database for product traceability.
