ZJ2A10-300 The splitting machine is mainly used to split various wet leather and gray alkali leather such as pigs and cattle, and can also split chemical products such as synthetic leather and rubber type plates. It is a key equipment for high precision and high efficiency in leather processing. The minimum split thickness of chrome tanned leather is 0.6mm, and the split precision is ±0.1mm; the gray alkali leather is 1mm, the precision is ±0.2mm.
The product uses a PLC program control system, and all electrical operation buttons are waterproof structure, high reliability, and has the function of power-off memory. The whole machine has good rigidity, compact structure, reasonable layout and convenient operation.
This machine has the following characteristics:
(1) The adjustment parameters of the whole machine divided into various skins can be compiled into a menu, which is automatically adjusted in place, which is convenient and reliable;
(2) The upper and lower positions of the feed roller and copper ring roller are realized by the ball screw pair, the reset
accuracy is high, and the distance from the blade with the knife can be displayed digitally;

(6) The position of the blade can be adjusted automatically and can be displayed digitally. The operation is simple, convenient and reliable;
(7) The position of the front edge of the pressure plate can be adjusted by numbers, and its position is displayed digitally;
(8) The pressure plate can be opened and closed automatically, and it is convenient to replace and clean the pressure plate;
(9) The adjustment of the top knife plate is changed from the back operation to the front operation, just open the pressure plate, do not need to remove the cover;
(10) The belt knife can be automatically tightened and loosened by the hydraulic device, and the operation is simple;
(11) The position of the cutting edge is accurately positioned by the automatic detection system, the sensitivity is 0.02mm, and the tool retracts quickly;
