1.The Tyndall effect optical system combined with infrared light is beneficial to protect the vision of inspection personnel and is suitable for long-term light inspection.
2.The conveyor chain transports the bottles to the chain roller, the detection station rotates the bottles, performs manual visual inspection and automatic rejection, transfers oral liquid bottles from lying to standing positions, and entrains ampoules to the next station;
3.The conveyor chain speed, bottle rotating speed, and bottle feeding speed can be adjusted steplessly, and the operating speed (frequency) can be displayed on the touch screen;
4.The height, angle, level and light intensity of the detection light source can be adjusted;
5.The optical inspection machine and the conveyor track can be easily separated to facilitate the access of inspectors;
6.The optical inspection machine adopts an open light inspection, and each light inspection part is marked with a serial number. If any unqualified products are found, they can be automatically removed.
7.The light inspection method is to illuminate the bottle with an infrared light source, and use a camera to capture the image and reflect it on the display screen. The human eye observes the display screen to determine whether it is a defective product or a qualified product.
8.Capping, loading, glass, sedimentation, and impurities are eliminated by human eyes and finger clicks on the touch screen.
9.The total number of bottles produced during the production process and the number of rejected products that are unqualified can be accurately displayed on the display screen to facilitate production supervision and management.
