Product Introduction
1.This machine is an automatic rotating and continuous tablet pressing machine. Mainly used in the pharmaceutical industry, but also suitable for food, chemical, electronic and other industries to compress granular raw materials into tablets. This machine can not only press round slices of various specifications, but also special-shaped slices, double-layer slices, double-sided lettering slices and ring slices of various shapes. The turntable can be equipped with 23 sets of active die, and 23 pieces can be pressed after one rotation. This machine is suitable for pressing granular raw materials whose powder content (greater than 100 mesh) does not exceed 10%.
2.This machine complies with the GMP standard for pharmaceutical production and quality management. The tablet pressing room is completely separated from the transmission mechanism. There is no paint in the tablet pressing room. The parts in contact with the medicine are made of stainless steel or have special surface treatment, which is non-toxic and corrosion-resistant. The tablet pressing room is closed with a transparent plexiglass window to prevent pollution. The tablet pressing area can be contacted from four sides, and the surface is smooth and easy to clean. This machine is equipped with a continuous centralized lubrication system, so that the transmission system, guide rail and main friction parts are fully lubricated, reducing noise and wear, and greatly reducing maintenance costs.
3.The electrical part of the machine adopts variable program control, with the function of maximum main pressure setting and main pressure overload shutdown. This machine has the function of automatic fault diagnosis, which can quickly locate the fault point through the display and improve the maintenance efficiency.
