Application and Introduction
This machine is a cleaning equipment for rubber stoppers for vials and aluminum caps for glass bottles. After the rubber stoppers or aluminum caps to be cleaned are poured into the drum, they go through multiple processes such as water intake - ultrasonic treatment - drainage - rough washing - drainage - fine washing - drainage - pure water rinsing - vacuum dehumidification - (siliconization) - hot air drying, etc., so that the rubber stoppers and aluminum caps are fully cleaned. Finally, the rotating drum brings all the rubber stoppers or aluminum caps into the discharging hopper in batches for output.
Working principle:
1. Loading: Pour the rubber plug or aluminum cap into the drum.
2. Water inlet ultrasound: After the drum is filled with water, turn on the ultrasound. Its high-frequency vibration causes the bubbles to burst and impact the rubber plug and aluminum cap, shake off the dirt and dust, clean the gaps and depressions, and perform preliminary decontamination.
3. Drainage: Drain the sewage after ultrasound.
4. Rough washing and drainage: Use mechanical or water flow to flush away large particles of impurities, and then drain.
5. Fine washing and drainage: High-pressure spray or soft water flushing to remove tiny impurities and then drain.
6. Pure water rinsing: Use pure water to remove residual chemical impurities to meet the purity requirements of the industry.
7. Vacuum dehumidification: Use the vacuum system to drain the moisture of the rubber plug and aluminum cap to prevent deformation and damage during drying and improve quality and efficiency.
8. Siliconization (optional): Siliconization is applied to the surface of specific rubber plugs to increase lubrication and sealing and prevent usage problems.
9. Hot air drying: Hot air circulates into the drum, so that the rubber plug and aluminum cap contact with the hot air to evaporate the moisture, and the drum turns out the dry product, completing the cleaning and drying, and the product can be used for subsequent packaging production.
