XDGF16/24 New high-speed oral liquid filling and rolling machine
1. Main purpose and scope of application:
This machine is mainly suitable for the metering, filling and sealing of 5-20ml A.B.C type oral liquid bottles.
This machine adopts 16 filling stations and 24-head capping mechanisms to automatically complete the whole production process of bottle sorting, metering, filling, cap sorting, cap hanging, capping and bottle output. This machine can be used alone or in conjunction with a high-speed ultrasonic bottle washing machine and a sterilizing and drying machine.
2. Performance characteristics:
1)The glass pump can be disassembled separately, and no parts for clamping the pump are attached during cleaning and sterilization. Like metal pumps, the workload before cleaning and sterilization is minimal.
2)The metering pump does not need to be assembled before being put on the machine, avoiding the pollution caused by it.
3)When changing the specifications, the upper and lower fixing frames of the pump do not need to be adjusted, and the specification parts such as the pump spring are eliminated, so that the adjustment workload is reduced to a minimum.
4)The pump body is fully exposed to the line of sight, which is convenient for observing the working condition of the metering pump.
