XL-ETP-s Automatic Effervescent Tablets Tube Filling Machine
Working Principle
The vibrating system conveys the tablets out of the hopper by vibration. When the tablets pass through the sieving unit, the powder on the surface of the tablet and debris are screened out, and qualified tablets are sent into track automatically according to setting quantity. After tablets are arranged neatly, they are pushed into the tube horizontally. Then the tube flip mechanism turns the tube from horizontal to vertical and enters the capping process. If there is no tablet or few tablets, the tube will not be capped, and will be automatically rejected.
Features
The cap feeding unit automatically feed the caps from the hopper to capping position.
It works with the help of a vibration system which allows it properly align the caps.
It assists in placing the tablets automatically into the machine via the material hopper.
After placing the tablets on the tablet feeding unit, it will automatically send them to the filling position.
This unit automatically sends the tablet into the tube as the filling process continues.
It has a sensor that will ensure the tube is full and the right number of tablets are filled.
After manually placing the tubes into the hopper in the same direction, the machine will conveys the tubes to filling position, waiting for loading tablets.
When it detects the presence of a tube and tablets are loaded, it will automatically place a cap over the tube and press it.
If there is no tablet or few tablets, the tube will not be capped, and will be automatically rejected
