This machine is a double pressure type automatic rotation, continuous tablet pressing machine that presses granular synthesis into discs, lettering and special-shaped, two-color screws.It is mainly used for rubber production in the pharmaceutical industry,and also suitable for chemical industry, food, electronics and other industrial enterprises.
Main feature
1. The outer cover shell is a closed form of stainless steel, the internal table is made of stainless steel material,which can
maintain the surface gloss and prevent cross-contamination,and meets the GMP requirement.
2. The machine is equipped with a plexiglass perspective window, which can see the state of the pressing sheet,and the side panels can be fully opened,which is easy for internal cleaning and maintenance.
3. All controllers and operating components are properly arranged.
4. The frequency conversion speed regulating device is adopted for electrical speed control, which is easy to operate, stable in rotation, safe and accurate.
5. The machine is equipped with an overload protection device, which can automatically stop when the pressure is overloaded.
