Main features and technical reference parameters: • The transmission part is enclosed under the platform, which is safe, reliable and pollution-free. • The filling and sealing part is installed above the platform, which is easy to observe, operate and maintain. •The tube bin is equipped with adjustable speed (also adjustable swing angle) manipulator (can also be equipped with vibrating coil to lower the tube), tube controller and generator to ensure accurate and stable supply of hoses. •The upper tube armrest is rotated about 90º under the mechanical action, and the hose is pressed into the elastic tube cup of the upper tube workstation. • Photoelectric alignment workstation, using high-precision color mark detectors, stepper motors, etc. to control the hose pattern in the correct position. •Filling nozzles determine their specifications according to the characteristics and quantity of the filling materials. The nozzles that can be provided include blow-off type, cut-off type and blow-cut integrated type. •With photoelectric detection device, it can be filled without tube. •Press and form the printing code station, the robot automatically seals and prints the code on the position required by the process.
