This machine is a double-press automatic rotating, continuous tableting machine that presses granular raw materials into round tablets, engraved and special-shaped, two-color tablets. Main features
1. The outer cover is a fully stainless steel enclosed form, and the internal table is made of stainless steel material, which can maintain the surface gloss and prevent cross contamination, and meet GMP requirements.
2. Equipped with a plexiglass perspective window, the tableting status can be viewed, and the side panels can be fully opened, which is easy to clean and maintain inside.
3. All controllers and operating parts are reasonably laid out.
4. The frequency conversion speed regulation device is used for electrical speed regulation, which is easy to operate, rotates smoothly, and is safe and accurate.
5. Equipped with an overload protection device, it can automatically stop when the pressure is overloaded.

8. The transmission system is sealed in the oil tank below the main machine. It is an independent component that is safely separated and will not contaminate each other. The transmission part is immersed in the oil pool, which is easy to dissipate heat and wear-resistant.
9. It is equipped with a powder suction device to absorb the dust in the pressing room.
10. The wearing parts such as the upper track, feeder, hopper, transmission worm, powder meter, etc. have a common structure with the ZP33 product, which is conducive to standardization, generalization and serialization.
