Model ZP226-11D is a single-pressure automatic rotary continuous tablet press developed by our factory. It can press granular raw materials into various ordinary and special-shaped tablets. It is mainly suitable for industrial sectors such as electronics, food, daily necessities, and pharmaceuticals. The outer shell is fully enclosed, made of stainless steel, and complies with GMP standards. Equipped with a transparent observation window, you can clearly see the working condition of the machine and can be fully opened, making it easy to understand and maintain the interior.

This machine has the characteristics of high pressure and large tableting range, and can press ordinary, special-shaped, circular and other shapes of tablets. It is especially suitable for multi-variety and small-batch production. Mechatronics, all controllers and adjustment devices are concentrated on one side of the machine body, making it easy to operate. Equipped with pressure overload protection device to avoid machine damage. The transmission mechanism using oil-intrusion lubrication is sealed under the body, extending the service life and avoiding cross-contamination.
