1. Introduction
This machine is used to test the sealing status of oral liquid bottles, the amount of liquid in the bottle and whether it
contains impurities. The trans illumination of transparent bottles and liquid through white light and the magnification of the magnifying glass make the items to be inspected clear. Recognizable.
2. Working principle
The bottle to be inspected is sent into the bottle-feeding screw through the mesh belt, and the bottle-feeding screw turns the bottle and sends it to the ball mesh chain. The bottle is sent to the station to be inspected through the operation of the ball net chain. The bottom of the bottle is illuminated by parallel light, and the front of the bottle is magnified by a magnifying glass. In this way, each object to be inspected in the bottle is clearly distinguishable. When unqualified bottles are found, immediately loosen the foot switch to shut down the machine, take out the unqualified bottles directly from the top, and then press the foot switch to continue working.
3. Operation steps:
3.1 First put the oral liquid bottle to be checked into the mesh belt. Refill bottles in time as you work. Generally, it should
not be less than half in the middle. In this way, the bottle can be fed freely, and the phenomenon of bottle jam and lack of bottle will not be found, which can increase the output.
3.2 Turn the main power switch clockwise to turn on the power. At this time, the light in the light inspection room is on, the bottle-turning motor is running, step on the foot switch, the main engine is working, and the light inspection can start.
3.3 The inspected oral liquid bottle passes through the bottle transport track, is magnified by a magnifying glass, and is
visually inspected. If unqualified products are found, the foot switch is released immediately, and the main engine stops. The unqualified products are
then taken out directly from the top. Then step on the foot switch to continue the light inspection.
