2. Ultrasonic cleaning is to use the propagation of ultrasound in the liquid, so that the liquid is strongly compressed and
stretched in the ultrasonic field, resulting in cavities and cavitation. The cavities are constantly generated, constantly moving, and constantly disappearing, and the cavities are completely When it is closed, it produces micro-excited liquid with great energy from the center to the outside, forming a micro-flush that strongly impacts the items to be cleaned, greatly reducing the adhesion of dirt.
3. The material tray filled with ampoules or pop-up bottles is driven by a stainless steel transmission chain, first enters the water injector, and then gradually immerses in the ultrasonic cleaning tank after being filled with water (the water temperature of the water tank is automatically controlled at about 80°C) and passes through the ultrasonic transducer. Under the action of ultrasonic waves, the dirt is cleaned (the transmission speed can be adjusted according to the user's needs).
4.The water tank is made of 3042B stainless steel matt laminating board, and the inner joints are welded by argon arc welding.The whole machine is treated with matt, and there is a material warranty.
5. The transmission is a 3/4 stainless steel chain. In order to ensure that the plate does not slide, a large-pitch hook is used at the 304.8mm interval of the chain.
