This machine is a single-press automatic rotation and continuous tablet pressing machine, which can press granular raw materials into various tablets. It is mainly used for the production of tablets in the pharmaceutical industry, and is also applicable to chemical, food, electronics and other industrial sectors. The outer cover is totally enclosed, the material is stainless steel, the internal table is made of stainless steel, and the surface of the turntable is specially treated to keep the surface gloss and prevent cross contamination, meeting the GMP requirements. The doors and windows equipped with transparent glass can clearly observe the state of pressing, and can be fully opened, which is easy for internal cleaning and maintenance. All controllers and operating parts are reasonably arranged. The frequency conversion speed regulating device is used for electrical speed regulation, which is convenient to operate, stable to rotate, safe and accurate. All transmission devices are arranged inside the machine to keep the parts clean. Equipped with overload protection device, it can automatically stop when the pressure is overloaded. This machine is equipped with electromagnetic brake motor and other safety protection devices, which can also be adjusted and operated during operation.
