1.Related Introduction:
XL-F fully automatic paging self-adhesive labeling machine can be used to automatically separate stacked products of cards, plastics, and paper of various materials, specifications, and shapes into single sheets and then automatically label them. For example, plastic bags, paper, paper boxes, recharge cards, Internet cards, IP cards, 200 phone cards, 300 phone cards and other items are automatically separated into sheets and then accurately labeled with self-adhesive labels. (Anti-counterfeiting labels, barcode labels can be attached), etc. The labeling is highly accurate and there are no bubbles in the film; it has the function of automatic product identification and automatically enables different labeling heads to work according to different products.
2.work flow:
Manually place the labeled products->Automatically separate and convey the products->Product inspection->Product labeling->Collect the labeled products->Take away the products.
3.Working principle:
Stack a stack of films, PE bags, paper boxes, cards and other objects to be labeled (only one type) and place them on the paging device. The paging device automatically separates the materials to be labeled one by one and conveys them to the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt uses vacuum adsorption to adsorb the products on the conveyor belt and moves forward. The optical fiber sensor detects the passing of the product and transmits a signal to the labeling control system. The control system sends out the label at the preset position and attaches it to the product to be labeled. The product flows through the labeling roller, the label is covered, and the attachment action of a label is completed.

1). Coding machine: Thermal coding machine prints production date, expiration date, production batch number, etc. Coding and labeling are synchronized to improve production efficiency.
2). Inkjet printer: It can be matched with the mainstream inkjet printer on the market to print on the designated position of the label, and perfectly combined with the labeling machine.
3)Universal sensor: Ordinary sensors cannot detect transparent labels and must be used with imported special electric eyes.
