How to use the capsule filling board: (very simple and convenient, you can use it once)

      1. Place the body plate flat, place the arrangement plate on the body plate (the one with two layers deep), align the arrangement plate with the holes of the body plate, and grab a few capsule bodies (the long capsule is called the capsule body, and the short one is called the capsule.
