1. The frame is made of high-strength cast steel and high-quality steel plates, which is strong and stable to ensure that the machine operates normally in a stable state.
2. The heat-treated high-strength knife roller is made of high-quality alloy steel. The insert inlay groove is processed with special advanced equipment, with standard lead and even distribution of tool grooves. The cutter roller assembly undergoes step-by-step balance inspection before assembly, and the accuracy level is not lower than G6.3.
3. The discharging roller (diamond grooved roller) processed by a special machine tool can effectively prevent the skin from wandering during discharging and ensure smooth discharging. The surface of the roller body is plated with an anti-corrosion and wear-resistant hard chromium layer, which is rust-proof and durable.
4. The hydraulically controlled opening and closing roller action has a buffer stroke to make the meat removal process start smoothly;
5. Hydraulically controlled feeding speed, its continuously adjustable range is: 19-50 m/min;
6. The glue stick support plate adopts a spring support system, and the uneven thickness of the skin can be completely removed without adjusting the gap during operation. The automatic adjustment range is: 10-20mm;
7. During the meat removal process, the machine can automatically open the roller to send out the skin, which is beneficial to the installation of the machine on a high platform;
8. The operating area is equipped with a safety device to protect the operator's safety; a quick-moving safety guard and a double-linked foot switch that controls the closing roller.
